Module 1: The DEI Landscape (1.5 Hours)
- Key Concepts: Visible and invisible diversity dimensions, equity vs. equality, and intersectionality
- The Business & Human Case: Innovation premiums, decision-making efficiency, and talent attraction
- Legal & Compliance: POCSO, POSH Act 2013, RPWD Act 2016, and pay equity structures in India
Module 2: Unconscious Bias (2 Hours)
- The neuroscience of heuristics and in-group/out-group shortcuts
- Specific biases at work: affinity, attribution, halo, and recency
- Debiasing recruitment plans, shortlisting catalogues, and review processes
Module 3: Inclusive Behaviours in Practice (2 Hours)
- Language strategies: pronoun use, accessible writing standards, and avoiding defaults
- Microaggressions: cumulative impacts on wellbeing and performance
- Amplification techniques and equitable meeting floor distributions
Module 4: Inclusive Leadership & Allyship (2.5 Hours)
- Deloitte's six traits: Commitment, Courage, Cognisance, Curiosity, Intelligence, Collaboration
- Mentorship versus Sponsorship models
- Allyship in action: upstander spectrum, calling-in tactics, and pledges
