This programme helps participants understand the pillars of executive presence and develop their own authentic version: not by changing who they are, but by amplifying their best qualities and deliberately managing their impact.

Module 1: Defining & Diagnosing Executive Presence (1.5 Hours)
- Sylvia Ann Hewlett's research pillars: Gravitas (67%), Communication (28%), Appearance (5%)
- The presence paradox: avoiding artificial projection; decisiveness and composure under pressure
- 360-degree presence inventory & identifying your personal presence gaps
Module 2: Communication that Commands Attention (2 Hours)
- The three-second pause rule, Bottom-line up front (BLUF), and PREP model
- Eliminating hedging/minimising language and finding the confident centre
- Crafting three-part leadership stories & assembling an executive anecdote library
Module 3: Non-Verbal & Virtual Mastery (1.5 Hours)
- Power postures, open-palm gestures, eye contact, and managing nervous habits
- Voice instruments: pacing, pitch inflection (avoiding uptalk), and strategic silence
- Virtual presence: camera angles, lighting, background, and the 20% energy rule
Module 4: Stakeholder Influence & High-Stakes Practice (3 Hours)
- Speaking the language of business: framing discussions around P&L, risk, and ROI
- Board presentations, town halls, crisis responses, and Q&A composure under fire
- Individual recorded 2-minute introductions, peer coaching, and 90-day action plans
