Course Content
Module 1: High-Performance Teams (1.5 Hours)
- What distinguishes high-performing teams from average-performing ones
- The five dysfunctions of a team diagnostic review
- Building psychological safety and vulnerability-based trust
Module 2: Leveraging Strengths (1.5 Hours)
- Appraising and actively leveraging the diverse strengths each team member brings
- Personality frameworks and communication style awareness
- Valuing cognitive diversity and preventing groupthink
Module 3: Communication & Conflict (2 Hours)
- Improving communication, peer feedback, and conflict resolution within the team
- Task conflict vs. relationship conflict
- Radical candor framework and peer feedback exercises
Module 4: Alignment & Team Charter (3 Hours)
- Aligning the team around shared goals, values, and clear working methods
- Facilitated Team Charter creation (Purpose, Values, Norms, Roles)
- Making the charter live: accountability norms and review intervals
